Blur Image
Blur any part of an image — or the whole thing — right in your browser. No upload.
How to use it
- 1Add an image
Drop a file, paste, or tap to pick from your device.
- 2Draw over what to blur
Drag a box over any area. Leave it blank to blur the whole image.
- 3Adjust and download
Set the blur amount and save the result.
- 4Nothing is uploaded
The whole thing runs in your browser. Close the tab and every trace of your image is gone — there is no server that ever sees it.
Soft-focus the parts that shouldn't be seen
Blur is a gentler way to obscure faces, backgrounds or text than a hard pixel mosaic. It's useful for anonymising people or de-emphasising a messy background.
Draw a box over the area to blur and set the strength. It's all done in your browser.
Frequently asked questions
Can I blur the whole image?+
Yes. If you don't draw any box, the blur is applied to the entire image.
Is blur safe for hiding text?+
For truly sensitive text, use a strong pixelate or censor bar — a light blur can sometimes still be readable.
Is my image uploaded?+
No. Everything runs in your browser.
